Mulled Wine

INGREDIENTS

1 bottle of Bordeaux

Syrup

1 cup of sugar
5 teaspoons cloves
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoon black peppercorns
1 capful orange blossom water with 1 1/2 cups hot water
Let sit for one hour and then add 1/5 cup of orange juice

DIRECTIONS

For one serving combine 3/4 cup of Bordeaux with 1 oz of syrup. Warm in a pot on the stove or steam with a milk steamer. Serve in coffee cup or mug and garnish with a cinnamon stick and orange slice
