A Way to Love Lemon Water, Exfoliating to Affect Moisture, Crunchy Quinoa Coziness, Fighting Foot Fatigue

hydration habit


I spend most of my life in search of anti-inflammatory greatness and all the ways to get more fiber into my diet. this drink has gone through many different iterations over the years. I tried to get on board with having a glass of lemon water when I woke up in the morning but I found it a bit harsh to drink when my eyes were barely open, so I moved to drinking it later on in my day. I found that I wanted a hint of sweetness to combat the bitterness, and The addition of pineapple does just that. plus pineapple has valuable vitamin C and potassium. There are many benefits to consuming mint like improved dIgestion, but I mainly add it for flair and overall joy. I simply love the scent and taste of this drink!


pineapple mint lemon seltzer
muddle a couple of cubes of fresh pinapple. add the juice from a half of lemon. add ice and sparkling water, granish with as many mint leaves as will fit in your glass. enjoy.

I feel so fresh after a good exfoliation; I also feel like I get the most out of my moisturizer when I remove all of my sweat, dead skin cells, and overall grit before applying it. Soft as a baby's bottom is my goal for my thighs and upper arms. I'm not there yeT ...but I get a little closer every time I put this practice into place. with that, I also never forget to take care of my feet.

crunchy quinoa stir fry is one of my favorite easy recipes. So many of my meals are eaten out or on the go, but I love to make clean, high-protein, plant-based meals in my own kitchen. I especially love it when that meal takes only thirty minutes, and makes enough for a hearty leftover lunch. It's so simple and convenient to double this recipe, which is so key when I'm super busy.

I actually avoid this stretch more often than I should! because it can feel uncomfortable when I need it the most. This particular stretch is great after a run, after a long day on your feet, after a night of high heels, or following a long flight.
